The whole being founded upon the former Policy of England in Regard to Leather, as is shewn by Extracts from several Laws; and stated in-so plain a Manner, that Freeholders, Farmers, &c. who are deeply interested in this Branch of Trade, will be able to find out, whether what is said concerning it, be true or false.
